 | | Every few weeks we conduct cooking demonstrations at the Doolittle Distributing (DDI) showrooms in Lenexa, KS (Kansas City) and Chesterfield (St. Louis), MO. Take a front-row seat as we bake, roast, braise, broil, sauté, pan fry, grill, steam, poach, boil and keep foods warm. You'll see a variety of Viking ranges, wall ovens, rangetops, cooktops and other specialty cooking appliances (combi-steam ovens, griddles, woks, grills, etc.) as they are meant to be used.

We prepare an eight or nine course meal, which is served to you, our guests. Each dish demonstrates a unique function or capability of a particular appliance. In addition, we will discuss and demonstrate other exciting products including built-in refrigeration, dishwashers, undercounter refrigeration storage, kitchen ventilation and outdoor kitchen equipment. Cooking Demonstrations are offered on the second Tuesday of each month in Lenexa. In Chesterfield, they are offered on the first Wednesday in March, May, July, September and November, 2008. This is one lively demonstration and a truly great meal that you won't want to miss!
